Archana Menon is a Senior Consultant on the Advisory Services team at Taproot Foundation. With a background in journalism and politics, she works to build individual and organizational capacity in service of lasting social change. Prior to Taproot, Archana was the Program Director of Coro's Leadership New York program, a cross-sector leadership development program for New York City's executive civic leaders. She has previously worked in international diplomacy, marketing, and as a reporter. She is a trained Adaptive Leadership facilitator with a license in delivering Interpersonal Leadership Styles workshops.
