Monica is principal at boutique consultancy Shift & Build. She is an impact-oriented systems thinker focused on helping organizations design and implement strategies that deliver social, environmental and economic value at scale. Monica has over 20 years of experience working across sectors and on a breadth of files. Her current consulting work ranges from strategy development on sustainable procurement to program design on financial resiliency. Monica is also an Adjunct Professor at York University's Schulich School of Business.
