Shaping our Future through Volunteering with Students

Main Room

Think about your career journey- when you were in high school, did you even know a job like the one you hold today existed? Careers can take many forms and for many high school students, they don't know what pathways to success post high school or college exist. There is tremendous potential to shape the future through intentional corporate volunteering programs. In this session, we'll discuss some of the data highlighting the need for volunteering with high schoolers to help them better understand and explore the career pathways they could endeavor on, and how empowering students with this knowledge can help companies fill talent gaps, achieve more diverse pipelines of future candidates, and create avenues for success for underserved k12 populations.
