Niluka is an experienced retail executive, MBA graduate, and avid philanthropist. With two decades of experience in retail management, she leads Strategy for Impakt and serves as a Board member of the Impakt Foundation for Social Change. Her commitment to making a difference extends across several endeavours. Niluka Founded the Dream Chaser Change Maker Foundation to support student entrepreneurs, she sits on the boards of GHTK (reducing neonatal and infant mortality in developing countries) and The Starfish Canada (supporting young environmentalists). She also hosts the "Courage in Action" podcast which empowers women to be the best version of themselves.
