Olivia Fernandez is the Manager of Colleague Engagement, Social Impact, Sustainability & Corporate Citizenship at TD Bank Group. She oversees the Canadian social impact colleague engagement strategy and a calendar of volunteer, fundraising and learning initiatives supporting TD's corporate citizenship strategy, the TD Ready Commitment. Olivia has spent 10+ years in the colleague and community engagement space and previously held roles at the World Wildlife Fund (Canada) and CauseForce o/b/o the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation. Olivia believes in the power of volunteerism as a mechanism to help build inclusive, equitable and resilient communities.
