Sabrina Ladha is the Vice President of Social Impact at GreenShield Cares, where she leads the strategy and execution of innovative initiatives that enhance the health and well-being of equity-deserving communities across Canada. With over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, and consultant, she is passionate about creating positive, sustainable change through business and social investments. Previously, she served as VP of Portfolio and Investments at LEAP | Pecaut Centre for Social Impact, where she launched and managed funds focused on education, health, and employment. A certified Leadership Coach, Sabrina holds an MPA from Harvard University, an MBA from UT Arlington, and is currently pursuing an EdD in Leadership from Western University. Her commitment to building a healthier, more equitable world is at the core of her work.
